These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and 40jl ("the Company," "40jl," "we," or "us") with respect to your use of the online gaming platform operated at 40jl.app and any associated services, applications, games, and features made available by 40jl (collectively, the "Platform").

These Terms apply to all users of the 40jl Platform, including registered players, guests browsing the site, and any person or entity acting on behalf of a registered player.
To register for and use the 40jl Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:
40jl reserves the right to request documentary proof of age, identity, and location at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the period specified by 40jl may result in the suspension or closure of your account and the withholding of any pending withdrawals pending completion of verification.
If 40jl discovers at any time that a player does not meet the eligibility requirements set out in this Section, 40jl shall have the right to immediately close the account, void any gameplay that occurred, and forfeit any balances in the account. In the case of a player who was underage at registration, such forfeiture is required by PAGCOR regulations.
3.1 Single Account Policy. Each individual player is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on the 40jl Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different names, mobile numbers, or payment methods — is a material breach of these Terms. 40jl employs technical and manual measures to detect duplicate registrations. All accounts in excess of one per individual will be closed, and any funds held in those accounts may be forfeited.
3.2 Accurate Information. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and promptly update your account details if any information changes. 40jl is not responsible for any loss or inconvenience arising from the provision of inaccurate registration information.
3.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 40jl login credentials, including your username and password. You agree to immediately notify 40jl's customer support team if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorized access to your account. 40jl will never ask for your password via email, SMS, or live chat. Any activity conducted through your account before notification of unauthorized access is your responsibility.
3.4 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification. 40jl is required under PAGCOR licensing conditions to verify the identity of all players prior to processing withdrawals and, in certain cases, prior to permitting continued play beyond initial limits. You agree to provide any documents or information requested by 40jl for KYC purposes, including but not limited to:
3.5 Account Non-Transferability. Your 40jl account is personal to you and may not be sold, transferred, assigned, or used by any other person. You may not allow any third party to access or use your account, whether for financial consideration or otherwise.
4.1 Currency. All transactions on the 40jl Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱ / PHP). No currency conversion is applied. Deposits, wagers, winnings, bonuses, and withdrawals are all denominated exclusively in PHP.
4.2 Accepted Payment Methods. 40jl currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. Additional payment methods may be introduced or removed from time to time. The current list of accepted methods is always displayed in the Cashier section of the Platform.
4.3 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Individual payment method providers may impose their own minimum transaction limits that may exceed this platform minimum.
4.4 Deposit Processing. GCash and PayMaya deposits are credited to your 40jl wallet immediately upon successful completion of the payment transaction. Bank transfer deposits (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) may take up to thirty (30) minutes to credit during standard banking hours, and may take longer during Philippine bank holidays.
4.5 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests from fully KYC-verified accounts are processed by 40jl as promptly as technically feasible. GCash withdrawals from verified accounts are typically completed within two (2) to five (5) minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to three (3) business days depending on the receiving institution. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200.
4.6 Withdrawal Requirements. Before a withdrawal can be processed, you must: (a) have completed KYC verification; (b) have met any applicable bonus wagering requirements on deposited funds subject to a promotion; and (c) have used each active deposit method for at least one qualifying real-money wager.
4.7 Dormant Accounts. An account that has had no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months will be classified as dormant. 40jl reserves the right to charge an administrative fee on dormant account balances after providing the account holder with advance notice to the registered mobile number and email address (if provided).
5.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, reload bonuses, VIP rewards, and other promotional credits offered by 40jl ("Bonuses") are subject to the specific terms and conditions published at the time each Bonus is made available. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail with respect to that Bonus only.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise specified in a promotion's specific terms, all Bonuses at 40jl are subject to a wagering requirement that must be fulfilled before any funds derived from that Bonus can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement multiplier, eligible games, and expiry period for each Bonus are stated in the respective promotion terms. Wagers placed on certain game categories (typically live casino and sports betting) may contribute a reduced percentage toward meeting wagering requirements.
5.3 Bonus Abuse. 40jl reserves the right to refuse, cancel, modify, or reclaim any Bonus — and to void any winnings derived therefrom — where there is evidence of Bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes, but is not limited to: using multiple accounts to claim the same Bonus, placing low-risk or hedging wagers designed solely to meet wagering requirements, exploiting technical errors, coordinating with other players to extract Bonus value, or any other conduct that 40jl reasonably determines to be contrary to the spirit of the promotional offer.
5.4 Bonus Expiry. Bonus funds and any associated wagering requirements expire at the end of the period specified in each promotion's terms. Expired Bonus balances are automatically removed from your account wallet without further notice.
5.5 Right to Modify or Withdraw Promotions. 40jl reserves the right to modify, suspend, or permanently withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice, subject to honouring Bonuses already credited to player accounts.
6.1 RNG Certification. All slot games and non-live casino games on the 40jl Platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software audited by independent testing laboratories recognized by PAGCOR. Published Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages reflect the independently certified figures for each game and are not influenced by 40jl or any individual player's bet history.
6.2 Live Casino. Live dealer games on the 40jl Platform are operated by licensed third-party live casino studios. The rules, payouts, and procedures for each live game are displayed in-game before play begins. By placing a wager on any live game, you confirm that you have reviewed and accept those rules.
6.3 System Malfunctions. In the event of a technical malfunction, system failure, or communications error during a game, 40jl's records shall be the definitive reference for determining the outcome of any affected round. 40jl reserves the right to void any game round in which a malfunction occurred and refund the wager amount to the player's wallet. No claim for winnings arising from a round affected by a material system error will be honored.
6.4 Sports Betting. All sports betting markets on 40jl are subject to the specific betting rules published in the sportsbook section of the Platform. 40jl reserves the right to void bets placed on markets containing obvious pricing errors, markets that are suspended due to event developments, or markets on which the outcome was known to the bettor at the time of placement.
6.5 Minimum and Maximum Bets. Minimum and maximum bet limits are displayed within each game and on each sports betting market. These limits may vary by game, bet type, VIP tier, or account status. 40jl reserves the right to modify bet limits at any time.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 40jl Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:
8.1 Entertainment Purpose. 40jl is an entertainment platform. The games and betting services offered on the Platform are intended for recreational purposes only. 40jl does not represent or warrant that participation in any game or betting market will result in financial gain. Players should participate only with funds they can afford to lose without financial hardship.

9.1 Ownership. 9.2 Limited License. 40jl grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial recreational gaming purposes, subject to these Terms. This license does not include the right to: copy, reproduce, or distribute any Platform content; modify or create derivative works from Platform content; reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any Platform software; or use any automated data extraction tools on the Platform.
9.3 User Content. To the extent you submit any content to the Platform (including chat messages, feedback, or reviews), you grant 40jl a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, reproduce, and display that content in connection with the operation and promotion of the Platform.
10.1 Platform Availability. 40jl does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times without interruption, error, or technical failure. Scheduled maintenance, emergency technical work, or circumstances beyond 40jl's reasonable control may result in temporary unavailability of the Platform or specific services.
10.2 No Guarantee of Winnings. 40jl makes no representation, warranty, or guarantee that use of the Platform will generate any financial return or profit. All outcomes in games of chance are determined by certified RNG systems or live game procedures that are independent of 40jl's control and are not influenced by any player's identity, history, or account status.
10.3 Maximum Liability. To the maximum extent permitted under Philippine law, 40jl's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total value of funds deposited to your 40jl wallet in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10.4 Exclusion of Consequential Loss. To the maximum extent permitted by law, 40jl shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss or damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, including loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption.
10.5 Force Majeure. 40jl shall not be in breach of these Terms or liable for any failure or delay in performing any obligation where such failure or delay results from circumstances beyond 40jl's reasonable control, including natural disasters, acts of government, civil unrest, failures of third-party infrastructure, cyberattacks, or telecommunications outages.
The collection, use, storage, and disclosure of personal data by 40jl is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms and available at 40jl.app/privacy-policy. By agreeing to these Terms, you also consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.
40jl collects personal data that is necessary for the operation of the Platform, including account registration details, KYC documentation, transaction records, and platform usage data. This data is used to provide and improve the 40jl service, comply with PAGCOR reporting obligations, conduct anti-money laundering (AML) screening, and communicate with you regarding your account.
40jl does not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with licensed third-party service providers (including payment processors, game providers, and identity verification services) to the extent necessary for Platform operations, and with regulatory authorities including PAGCOR and the AMLC as required by law.
12.1 Suspension by 40jl. 40jl reserves the right to suspend your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if: (a) you breach any provision of these Terms; (b) your account is suspected to be involved in fraudulent, illegal, or prohibited activity; (c) you fail to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within a reasonable period; or (d) 40jl is required to do so by applicable law, court order, or regulatory directive from PAGCOR.
12.2 Closure by 40jl. Following investigation of any suspension, 40jl may permanently close your account. In cases of confirmed fraud, money laundering, underage play, or other serious violations, 40jl shall be entitled to forfeit all balances in the account without refund. In other cases of closure not resulting from player misconduct, 40jl will process a refund of the available verified balance to the player's registered payment method.
12.3 Closure by Player. You may request the closure of your 40jl account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon account closure, any remaining balance that is not subject to pending wagering requirements or dispute investigation will be refunded to your registered withdrawal method within a reasonable processing period.
40jl reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, 40jl will notify registered players via the contact information associated with their account (registered mobile number and, where provided, email address) and will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document.
Continued use of the 40jl Platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept any amendment, you must stop using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 12.3.

14.1 Governing Law. These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter — including disputes regarding their existence, validity, formation, or termination — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, including the regulations and circulars issued by PAGCOR, without regard to any choice-of-law provisions that would result in the application of the laws of another jurisdiction.
14.2 Informal Resolution. Before initiating any formal dispute resolution process, you agree to contact 40jl's customer support team and allow a reasonable period (not less than thirty days) for 40jl to attempt to resolve the matter informally. Most account, payment, and gameplay disputes can be resolved through direct communication with the 40jl support team, which is available 24/7.
14.3 Formal Disputes. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, you and 40jl agree to submit to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center, Inc. (PDRCI) or such other arbitral institution as may be agreed in writing by the parties. The seat of arbitration shall be Metro Manila, Philippines. Proceedings shall be conducted in English.
14.4 Regulatory Complaints. Players who believe that 40jl has violated its PAGCOR licensing obligations may also submit a complaint directly to PAGCOR through PAGCOR's official channels in addition to, or instead of, the dispute resolution process described above.
